Opensource Management

When information is overloaded, management becomes more complicated. If it is the trend, we have to change our way to manage it.

We have opensource softwares, opensource communities. For example Napster and BT, have you played them? I believe that BT is one of opensource management that the chairman rotates from time to time (under a certain rules).
Nowadays dual CEO is not something weird and soon to be rotational chairman.
When the younger generation are not willing (/are not able) to carry too (/so) many responsibilities, may opensource management help?
